What is photographs ?

A photograph (also known as a photo, image, or picture) is an image created by light falling on a photosensitive surface, usually photographic film or an electronic image sensor, such as a CCD or a CMOS chip.

I like to take photos and make a collection of photos, because one day we can live with those memories, so these are the photos I collected. I hope to add more beautiful photos to my collection.

1..Isurumuniya (ඉසුරුමුණිය)

The Isurumuniya Viharaya was constructed during the reign of Dewanampiya Tissa who governed in Anuradhapura, the country 's capital .Isurumuniya is a Buddhist temple.It is renowned for its stone carvings of which one is known as the "Isurumuniya lovers ".The other carvings are the Horseman ,Elephant pond and the Royal Family.

2..Kaluganga Reservoir

Kaluganga is a new reservoir in the remote eastern part of Matale District ,in between the mountains of Knuckles Range and Wildlife area of Wasgomuwa.The other ones begin Hulangala behind the main watershed of the range and Heen Ganga further east.Personally ,this place is my favorite place.It gives me a beautiful feeling .Below are some of the photos I took.

3..Lighting the lamps

I like to light the lamps.So this photo is the photo I took when I was in Anuradhapura.Seeing this photo will bring good thoughts to the mind.

4..Riverston

Riverston is another peak in the Knuckles mountain range situated in Matale, Central Province of Sri Lanka. The Riverston peak has an elevation of 1,424 meters, and Riverston is a famous mountain for hiking, although not much known among foreigners. This mountain has many best views, and the mountain is located close to Pitawala pathana Mini World’s End.From the base, there is a well-paved uphill road towards the left till you reach the Riverston Towers.

These photos are some of the photos I took there.so I say that you should also visit these beautiful places and enjoy the beauty .

4..Seashells

One of the most striking features of our beaches is seashells. Their whorls, curves, and shiny iridescent insides are the remains of animals. Most shells come from soft-bodied mollusks. Snails, clams, oysters, and others need the hard protection of their shells. This tough outer covering protects the tasty body hiding inside.Personally I like to collect seashells . I have different types of beautiful shells. I hope to make beautiful designs from them. I like to visit the sea because I get the chance to collect shells.

5..Anakatawa Temple Dambulla

Anakatawa Temple (Sankassapura Senasanaya) is a Buddhist temple in Sri Lanka .The location of this temple is very beautiful ,because this is one of the most beautiful temple in Sri Lanka ,located at the Ibbankatuwa lake .when you go to this place, you can see Sigiriya ,Dambulla International Stadium and kurulu island in this lake. I think this can be shown to the concept of village,temple ,lake and Dageb.

6..Kallebokka (view point 360°)

Kallebokka (also spelt Kelebokka or Kalabokka) is an estate bordering the Knuckles Mountain range, owned by the Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation. Positioned atop a hill in the Upper Division of the estate is a spot offering a panoramic 360º view of the entire area, encompassing the Knuckles range.

These are the photos that I like very much. I like to take photos of bunches of flowers. I always look at them. Flowers are a very beautiful thing. Many new thoughts come to my mind when I pick up a bunch of flowers. I collect photos of bunches of flowers like these as memories.
